Barton Fleming have been absolutely fantastic throughout my house sale and purchase. I must admit I was sceptical about estate agents and what benefit they bring to the house buying and selling process but they have well and truly put that to bed. Selling my house for a fantastic price in a recession, finding new buyers within 24hrs when my first buyers pulled out, communicating frequently with me, giving blue light card discount I mean the list goes on. Thank-you so much for leaving me with a happy positive end to my 12 years in Oxfordshire. On to the next chapter!

We bought our first home through Barton Fleming and had an amazing experience. From the initial viewing (organised by Terry who squeezed us in very quickly) to getting the keys, everyone we spoke to was accommodating and professional. Special mention to Liam who had great communication and was always prepared to deal with any problems or questions quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be recommending Barton Fleming!

Thank you to all the staff at Barton Fleming. They gave a Brilliant service. Even when things got tough, they were always there to help. I cant thank them enough for all their support. They were amazing. I highly recommend.

Barton Fleming are the best estate agents we have dealt with by far. The team are all very knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. We have recently sold our house, however, the other estate agent that we were buying from were useless as were most of the solicitors involved in the very small chain. If Colin had not stepped in and managed everyone from the top to the bottom of the chain I do not believe we would have moved. Colin kept our buyers up to date, he reassured us as much as he could and essentially did the work of the estate agent we were buying from. He kept in contact with the solicitors and did not allow them to drop the ball as they had done many times early on in to the sale/purchase. He went above and beyond and put the customer (us) first! Colin and the team have set a high standard that many other estate agents could learn from!
