Fortunately, I met two very friendly staffs when I was about to leave the store.
Because of this two staffs Max and Kristine, I stayed and continued my shopping in Burberry Bicester!
Kristine is a very nice staff, she always had a smile on her face and was very friendly to me,even I looked like a child.
She answered my questions about the size and helped me find the size I want. The more considerate was helping me bring the product to the ground floor.
When I went down the ground floor, I met Max !
He was the staff I was most grateful for!!
He was very friendly and took the initiative to care about what products I was looking for.
When I had no idea, he was very professional, not only explaining the history of the brand to me, but also introducing the material, so that I can better understand the value of the product!!
Even though I had a lot of questions, he was still very patient and answered them one by one. Because of his patience, professionalism, humor, and friendliness, I bought two more bags and the product was more than I expected! The products he recommended to me all met my needs very well and even exceeded my expectations!
He was very careful and listened carefully to customers' needs. I think he is the best staff! Sorry for taking up so much of his time today , but I always asked him for advice because his service attitude was really good!!
I'm already planning to order a third bag from him!!
Oh ! when I finished checking out and was about to leave the store, it was raining outside, and he was very considerate to help me protect the goods from getting wet!!!
