Dreadful customer service on the evening of 23rd December. My 10 year old son chose two shirts from the sale section and we took them to the till, when they were scanned one was full price. My son was really disappointed as we explained that the combined amount was too expensive and he needed to chose one. He decided and then, just after payment, he changed his mind. We queried the amount refunded as it was incorrect and the manager/senior person in charge was off hand, rude and extremely unhelpful. She actually sniggered at us as we left the store. Really bad experience. We regularly shop in Bicester Village and have never experienced staff attiitudes like this before.

Great shop but found the staff to be extremely rude when asking a question. Ended up abandoning my 1000+ purchase at going elsewhere

We visited the store on Wednesday 26th October. Had the best experience we even had to come back and make a second purchase, i didnt like any purses and remembered this lovely purse in tommy hilfiger. This was all down to Alex great customer service his interaction with our daughter was so great, we purchased a red tommy jumper and the 2nd time round we came back in she had put the jumper on so proudly and he noticed! She was so happy visiting this store that she remembered his name at home. Alex your service was second to none! Tommy hilfiger should be proud to employ a great member of staff like you! The singh family :)
