Great range of items and super friendly staff! Lara was phenomenal, she took time to chat to me, understand what Im looking for and gave many suggestions. It was raining and they gave me covers for all my bags. Great experience and fun purchases!

Staff were rude, unhelpful and impatient which made us feel not welcomed. When we asked if one of the products was available in another colour, the staff responded by shaking his head and no verbal response. The experience felt rushed. When we politely mentioned this to one of the staff, this was merely acknowledged without real concern of our feedback. Happy with the purchase but the experience is off putting.

Bad customer service. When I was trying to give my feedback about how misleading their discount signs are the girl responded "I don't make the rules, I just work here"; "so do you want to buy it or not" and, "others don't seem to care"! I bought the bag just because I liked it and needed it but I was very close to give up on my purchase. I don't understand how she was hired to be the first person who comes in contact with the customers; to be basically the image of a brand with this attitude. I am local but will I ever return to the shop? NO, thanks!
