A fantastic family club that welcomes all ages and abilities. A friendly environment to get fit and learn self defence if you are so inclined the club also takes part in competitions and has a very successful Sparring & Freeform (Kata) team. My daughter has been going to classes for several years and has grown in confidence and leadership qualities and loves the encouraging and fun atmosphere. Sensei Adam is an excellent teacher that gets you to the level you want to achieve and beyond.

Kings mere lions kickboxing, a fantastic club for children and adults of all levels of ability from beginner to novice to seasoned trainer you wont find a better club . Ideal for anyone from 6 to 60 + who wants to keep fit and learn a bit of discipline and how to defend themselves in a relaxed and fun environment. The kids will love it and I would bet you adults would to ! Sensei Adam Vinson is a great trainer who will push those who want to be trained hard but also makes it a fun filled session for every one , I cannot recommend this club enough . If you or your children have ever fancied having a go at kickboxing give kings mere lions and sensei Adam a go you wont regret it

Having come to the club as a novice with some experience in a different martial arts discipline, I found the ECKA mentality and teaching really easy to get into and have enjoyed the classes. Sensei Adam has a huge depth of knowledge to share, and can get the best out of us even when we struggle because he takes the time to get to know us, and how best we work - for some it's with positive encouragement, while others need strict structure to excel. Nothing is too much trouble, and our results as a squad speak for themselves. There is a really supportive family feel to every lesson, with adults and children training together. Regular in-club competitions, training seminars and opportunities to compete against other clubs give those who want to win medals and trophies something to work for, and for those that are looking for confidence boosting self defence and fitness, there really is nothing better. The classes are suitable for men and women of all ages, from kids to seniors - and everyone is welcomed with open arms. We are one big, fun family that has a great social feeling, yet still accomplishes great things in terms of gradings and competitions. You won't regret taking on the challenge and becoming part of the ECKA Lions pride. Roar Loud

An excellent class for ALL abilities. My son loves this class! He's 10 and it helps him keep fit, learn discipline, socialise and meet new people, along with it being such a friendly supportive group. Everyone helps each other. Sensei Adam is a fantastic teacher and really takes pride in every single one of his students! Cheap on the pocket too!
