        Ordering products online is always a risk especially when ordering from overseas. I cannot say enough about the quality of service I have received from SPAX, especially Mary in sales support. Mary keep me informed throughout the whole process from acknowledgement of order, expected shipping date, tracking information, and especially through the delay at US Customs. Upon receiving the shipment there was a part missing. Mary resolved the issue quickly, effectively and without question. You can buy with confidence from SPAX PERFORMANCE.

When I visited their factory Ric was able to answer my questions instantly and give me a solution straight away. Thanks for the assistance. Great service and a Great British made product.
