        DO NOT use this company. Charges too much and didn't return my calls when i was not happy with the job. I am STILL waiting for my receipt to see what i was actually charged for. He made the issue worse by drilling a hole in my door and then continued to add more to the price because of the damage he had initially caused. I will be reporting Langford Locks Bicester to the police and to trading standards. The business is a hoax and trying to get as much money out of people as possible. I feel i was taken advantage of because i am indian and my english to speak is not great, that is why my daughter is writing this for me. Imagine how many other people he is going to take advantage off old, foreign etc.. PLEASE AVOID
