Langford Wi-Fi

We recently moved to the area and were really disappointed to see the upload and download speeds offered by the typical providers. Then we found Langford Wi-Fi and having a community WISP has been incredible. From our first conversation, Martin was helpful and efficient. Within days of moving in, he had set us up with a temporary installation and by the weekend, we were fully up and running. We're now enjoying speeds of up to 50Mbps up and down, with the option to increase that to 100 if we need it. As heavy web users transferring large files, this has been invaluable. The installation itself was speedy and so neat. The installer advised where to put the line to keep it neat and out of sight. He even spotted some structural issues on the side of the house we needed to get checked out. Completely above and beyond the call of wifi duty! I woudn't hestitate to recommend Langford Wi-Fi if you're in the area.

Langford WiFi has been a dream come true. Like many others who live in the area, I have been plagued by poor broadband and this had been even more obvious with Covid and the need to work from home. Switching to Langford WiFi has been fantastic. Prior to this I was getting around 12Mbps down and 0.5Mbps up, whereas now I get 50Mbps up and down. I can watch Netflix and Amazon Prime in 4K with no buffering and my Zoom calls are reliable with no dropouts. The installation was excellent and very professionally done. There is an Access point mounted on my roof and all the cabling is hidden behind a drain pipe. In the house there is a small wireless router that gives great coverage throughout the whole house. I thoroughly recommend Langford WiFi. If you are experiencing slow broadband then don't hesitate to make the switch, you won't regret it.

Local WISP providing vastly faster internet than through the local telephone lines. Service level has been exceptional, the one small blip that did occur has been addressed and mitigated. Even considering that I'm fairly sure Langford Wi-Fi has better uptime that we used to get (with Plusnet).
