Pan-n-Ice

Waited in the queue for over 25 minutes. Terrible service from the two workers, who didn't tell us that the third worker who was supposed to be taking orders was on a break, they just stood there joking to each other and ignoring the customers. Very unprofessional, the rolls weren't even formed nicely.

@pan_n_ice Review Pan N Ice caught our eyes walking around Bicester Village on a very hot day. It was just the perfect treat to cool us down. It was very busy with a long queue, but was totally worth it. They serve from a cool looking Van. We love the unique way ice creams are made here, right in front of your eyes on a cool pan. The milk is poured onto the pan and mixed with flavours of your choice, until it solidifies. It is then scraped up and made into perfect ice cream rolls. We ordered You know you want it which was a mix of Oreo and Nutella. Comes with a Oreo cookie. This tasted incredibly delicious on this very hot day. There is seating outside to enjoy your ice cream.
