        Awesome gym. All the instructors are great and place close attention to form. I went for five sessions there and learned something new every session. (Went to crossfit and Weight traiking sessions) Atmosphere and energy is great even at a 6am class! Brilliant community feel to the place with overall excellent vibes and energy which caters for all levels. Easy to contact via email. Would highly recommend joining to boost overall physical and mental well being. Will definitely be returning!
