Platinum Hog Roast Machines

Very impressed at this piece of kit. Easy enough to use and did the job excellently. If they'd had these machines back in the days of yore, you'd never have seen a hog roasting over an open fire. Makes the whole procedure totally straightforward and with sensible advice from people who know this stuff like the back of their hands.

Hubby wanted to experiment in hiring our own hog roast machine.. had outside caterers come in before to cook for us but was apprehensive about doing it ourselves. Anyhow, turns out it couldn't be simpler once you know how and we even managed to cook some gorgeous meat. Would certainly do this again, perfect way to upgrade your summer BBQ!

These machines are maybe the best in the business! recently purchased one and the team were so helpful in explaining how it works and the different settings etc. With regards to the machine, it works great! it cooks evenly and the meat is succulent and tastes great! the whole family came found for a roast earlier this week and they were astounded by the quality of the meat! highly recommended.
