Have been brilliant for both myself and my partner over the years. I submitted an eConsult as didn't want to waste their time, the sent a message to ring the surgery to book physio - had physio the following day and prescription sent through the day after. Always helpful whether it be in person, video call or via eConsult.

I have been registered at the practice since May 2022. I didnt receive a welcome message to the practice or an appointment with my assigned Dr to talk about my ongoing medical issues. I have called the Drs on a number of occasions and the Dr is either on holiday or appointments are full, and when Ive asked to make an appointment for when theyre back, Im told this isnt possible, I have to call on the day for an urgent appointment. Why? This would mean me wasting urgent appointments every day for a week to talk about my ongoing issues. I am extremely disappointed with my patient care!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I have never received this before with other medical groups!!

I have been a patient at this practice for 5 years. Dr Hadley is a very good GP, and the practice nurses are fantastic. My family has been well cared for. I have found I can almost always get an appointment by calling and waiting at 8am the day I need an appointment. The telephone coordinators are useful at redirecting me if I can access care over the counter.

My family have always had excellent care. Called with an acute problem yesterday and again had extremely positive experience, reception and GP were great despite I'm sure being very busy. Thanks for all you do.
