Dr reception very un helpful and actually I felt disgusted when I spoke to them yesterday! Very very unhelpful receptionist who could not give a monkeys!

6 year old daughter has been diagnosed with scabies by the hospital, we can't access GP in order to get prescription so cant clear this up Day 5 child is suffering I have found another GP whom will see my daughter but not whilst we are with this shocking practice Montgomery house So I'm trying to contact Montgomery house to cancel the whole family from this awful practice

New to the area and practice so I hadnt experienced the econsult method before. While I was waiting for the call-back I read reviews here which caused me to panic. So I am writing this to make sure that the next person who ends up here is reassured and knows that the system works. I logged my information on the system, pressed submit and received a copy of what I had written. The system was easy to navigate and it tells you that you will receive contact by 18:30 the following day. Contact might be a call, text or email and calls might come from a private number and emails might go to junk. I received a call from Dr Price and she couldnt have been kinder or more brilliant. I am so surprised by the negativity in the reviews it is hard to comprehend. Doctors are always going to help you if they can - let them!

I have to say that I only write reviews when it really warrants it and not spurred by emotions. The surgery order a test for me and I went in to to this as requested. I waited more the time span of 10 days to call back (significantly longer!) only to be told that the system shows the lab did not receive the test. I just think its really awful that I had to call to be told this with so a wide gap before I could find this out. I just think no one cared enough to see that the lab indicated a test order was not received. Does no one care anymore? What if my health has deteriorated since this since issue that was not flagged even by my GP? I am disappointed. When I moved to Bicester 2 years ago this surgery had a high rating and am not surprised at the rating it has now. Gone significantly far downhill. I know surgeries are under pressure but to this end- to be told after such a long time I will need to do another test. What has healthcare gone to to?

Never have had such difficulty in getting an appointment or finding test results from a GP, and the online service awful
