        Good customer service but the store could do with a cosmetic upgrade and more natural light. It could also be better organised and a bit less messy. Card selection is good and of decent quality but expensive. There are better places in Bicester to go for the other items they sell. Overall it could be a lot better with a bit of investment in modernization of the store.

        The lady in there is so rude should much rather be outside smoking and criticising the management every time we go in there all shes doing is talking to customers about saying she hopes to store shuts shes close to retirement age but you should still enjoy your job because unlike her we hope the snow doesnt sure we just hope we have better stuff
