Went in to buy some bits and bobs on a rather disgusting night... Met with the most miserable member of staff who clearly didn't want to be there and we were too much trouble. was also unhelpful to other customers. sort it out!

The lovely staff were organising the social distancing really efficiently and were very polite and had a smile for every customer despite the difficult circumstances. Well done !

I only visit when I have to i.e to return an Hermes parcel and usually grab a few things on the visit. The ' Duty Manager' I was just served by was completely straight faced and completely disinterested; no hi, smile, please or thank you. Most experiences have been very negative with zero customer service, it is no wonder the staff are like this when these are the kind of managers they have around them.
