prepayment card not arriving in the post) and EON let them know I was coming in for my old card to be topped up. But when I arrived no one knew what they was doing. The store manager was called but was unwilling to help or authorize it (I was told by EON that they would have to authorize it as they had spoken to them in advance)
I dont know why these stores have a Payzone if they don't know how to work them? So I've now had to travel back to a home which is freezing (no heating or hot water for 5 days in minus degree weather) Thanks a lot Tesco. Useless. Maybe the managers of these stores should get better training instead of leaving the low paid assistants to deal with customers while they hide out the way?
