        Racist old lady who was allowing other ppl in but kept telling me to wait and that I cant come in as I was the only non white but to my surprise she was calling queue behind me to go in but asking me to wait although I was first in queue your disgusting and a shame to humanity pls do not reproduce.

        Don't seem to know the concept of Collect Plus, wouldn't accept a parcel because it wasn't addressed to them, didn't understand when I explained it wasn't for them but to send, had trouble understanding English when I explained how it works
