The cleaning wasnt done properly. The kitchen floor was not touched at all. Some of the switches were untouched and when I requested the cleaner to look at it again, he first shouted in a different language and then told me that this is the best I am going to get for 160 service. To this I said that I requested professional end of tenancy cleaning and I paid whatever rate I was told I should pay. So if 160 is not enough then the cleaner should raise this with the company. The drawing room floor was left dirty and grubby. cleaners turned 35 minute late however they did call me to inform about that. Their reception staff is very poor but cleaning staff is very rude.Overall I am not superbly happy and will not be recommending this company to anyone else.
