Been shopping here many times and today was the most unpleasant. The young girl with glasses lacks sales skills, courtesy and enthusiasm.

Lovely staff, and always grateful for donations. Took an entire car full of stuff from me when Sobell House were turning people away. Although I've never actually shopped here, I've always been so impressed by the windows when I've walked past - always some lovely trendy outfits put together and really thought through.

Myself and family have been donating stuff here for the last few years now. I found the lady last week very rude who huffed and puffed when i said i had some stuff for the charity shop. Will be taking it elsewhere in future.
