Worst and most stressful experience Ive ever had organising travel for events. We arranged 10 coaches for an event and we had major issues with nearly every single one. We had so many issues with this company that I cant even begin to describe them all, but all of the issues we had boiled down to extremely poor organisation and communication from all the people I dealt with. It was honestly a shockingly and unbelievably awful service - one of the worst I have ever dealt with in my 9 years of organising large scale events.

We have always used A Class Travel for work for about 8 years, they are always so accommodating, and no matter how last minute we phone them, they are always very helpful and will organise something for us.

Paid in full for a service for our wedding week. They were over an hour a late for two events and never showed up for another. They refuse to give any kind of compensation or even an appology. NEVER book with this company.

Dont book with this company! I paid a deposit almost a year in advance. I had problems ever getting a reply or return phone call from Annette Freeman regardiong my charter and had to repeatedly email and call which always went to voicemail and was never returned. After sending through my final itinerarty and following up and followng up again 10 days before my charter they emailed me saying the bus had been in an accident and they cancelled my reservation. Likley story! They probalby overbooked or simply did not manange their reservations properly. No offer was made to rebook with another company what so ever. This is 10 days before a major event and now I am scrambling to find another charter bus. What kind of company does that! One that you should NEVER do business with - period.

We have used A Class Corporate Travel for four years for trips from Milton Keynes to Royal Ascot. Each time has been seamless. The team at the office, particularly Annette and Mandy, are very good at communicating and everything is clear and understood - giving me confidence that my trip will go smoothly. The comms from the driver on the morning of the trip is crucial to ensure all instructions have been followed and this has (almost always) been spot on. Special mention to our driver this year, Mr Shah, who was brilliant and contacted me in the morning and followed all instructions. Overall - very happy and have rebooked for Ascot 2023.
