        My last visit was splendid. Dwayne the store manager is always most welcoming when I visit this store. I had a issue during my previous visit and I am pleased to say Dwayne responded to my letter and the matter was resolved.

        Good quality products however staff are rude: very stuck up and disdainful. Looked down at us possibly due to the fact they had to stop talking amongst one another to engage with us.

        Went in to purchase a couple of T-shirts, the middle aged foreign lady serving was very rude and abrupt. Shame as you have a great brand.
