The customer service was zero, both manager and the extra member of staff offered no help and when I spoke to the manager, she was extremely rude, hide in the cubicle at the back rather than serving customers on the shop floor. I have been there twice now and both times the service has not been any different.

Went in to get a pair of shoes and the worker treats you as if youre inconveniencing them when you ask for sizes. worst attitude ever and she shouted at us for being in the wrong area. On that wage and you still have that attitude.. give it a rest dear

Went into here to shop last week but i cant believe how rude the frizzy haired wh1te girl is. Shouting at customers and being so condescending. Get lost !!! Lost my business for ever

Rudest customer service ever from the 2 workers. Frizzy haired gnarly girl whos speaks like she dropped out of school in year 9 and her rude cheap looking male colleague. Barking at customers and acting so arrogant. You earn minimum wage in a shoe shop, and youre acting like youre the owner of the store. Act your 10 an hour wage please!! Can you even afford the products you sell lol? Out here being so rude. May i note they were being very nice to their white customers. 2 broke rude ugly employees. Embarrassing, was just about to purchase a pair of 275 shoes when she shouted at us for standing in an area that her lil friend invited us to stand in.
