Relax Spa & Beauty have been a godsend for me! I lost my way a lot since being a solo mum during Covid and have let so many things slip that were ME. Not a mum, not an employee who looks bedragg, not just someone who is permanently tired. I took the plunge and built up my courage to go to a salon, I'm a very big woman and have lost so much confidence since giving birth BUT I've been 3 times to this salon and each time I've been greeted with a smile, friendly attitude, positivity, sincerity and quite frankly I didn't even feel like I shouldn't be there. I have been twice for LVL lashes, and Lauren is amazing. My eye twitches so much, yet she has the patient of a Saint. My back from the c-section can play up now and again, especially laying on my back. She saw I was in discomfort and offered to change the table without making me feel like a nuisance! The other time was for a consultation with Jessica for laser hair removal, again, Jessica made me feel welcome, she didn't belittle me or make me feel inadequate for having problems with my chin/neck hair, she explained to me that after a pregnancy etc that my extra hair could be hormonal. I didn't unfortunately book the laser removal treatment purely because I couldn't find the time, so I'm hoping soon I will be able to go again at some point. So would I recommend this place? YES This place is amazing, and you won't go away feeling patronised!
