        Bit of a joke as banks go

        Tills close at 2:00pm and the website does not show this and says the branch is open until 3:30pm so I drove into Bicester at 2:45 to use the cashier facility only to be turned away!!

        Visit here if you want to wait in a queue for ages because they don't have enough staff, which apparently is the new norm. Barclays encourage you to do everything online which is fine until you need to do something that can't be done online, and then you're in an interminable queue with just one person who can help. However, I should say that the people themselves, who have no control over how the bank is run, were very nice and did their best to assist me quickly and efficiently.

        Went 3 times for same inquiries and never helpful! First time they told me you can do it online Second time same thing you can do it online I explained that it cant be done online as I have tried it to many times! They told try again and see how you get on! Third time same answer! I asked them that I want to see someone that can actually help because this is unacceptable! The guy told me I have to wait 45 minutes! What a joke!
