Horrible staff. Very rude, Patronising and poor customer service. I used to be a regular customer and have been going in for the past 2/3 yrs. In that time I've heard sly comments about previous customers. And just quiet rude in general. Today I went there with my disabled son who is only 2 years old. The whispers started to begin. I'm used to it so il let it slide. One of the lady's was serving a black man today and talking to him like it was his first day in the u.k and couldnt speak a word of english. He was just black. Being from a city and moving to bicester i understand people are going to be narrow minded and not educated on cultures. But when you see it that blaintent its not acceptable. The lady's in here are not nice people.

Been using this bakery for some time now the food is always fresh the sausages r delicious and the staff r brilliant especially the scouse 1 can't beat some good old banter first thing in the morning can't recommend enough good job ladies keep up the good work

I've not long moved to Bicester, I managed to come across this local bakery sandwich. And I couldn't recommend it any more! The food prepared is so fresh from the cakes to the baguettes. The baguettes and rolls are never small with great quality and quantity!. And the women who work there are always very friendly and funny, even when they haven't stopped for a tea all day. Highly recommended
