Superb accountants. They are communicative and very helpful. Marie and Stuart have guided me on business and personal matters. They have saved me probably thousands in potential tax liabilities with their up to date advice. I highly recommend. My tax options were explained very clearly to me and I felt that nothing was too much trouble for them. I feel in a much better place with my finances and accounts thanks to this lovely team.

Slow in getting back to you, the invoice is much higher than quoted. You have to then query the bill each time, your quoted time spent which seems suspiciously high only to have it halved without question. I can only speak of the one accountant and not the whole business. I used Stuart Haigh - I believe his heart is no longer in the job. He used to be a top man now its as if he does not give a hoot about his clients or the company he represents.

I have found Whitley Stimpson to be very professional and able to offer advice and support for all of my accounting needs. The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have taken the stress out of my yearly accounts which in turn allows me to focus of my business. If you are considering using an accountant I would happily recommend Whitley Stimpson.

I agree with a previous post that the communication is really poor. I have been paying a monthly fee and most of my emails have been ignored, not replied to for months, or replied to by a colleague. My responses when I do get them, are usually flat and unhelpful. For a monthly fee I have had my tax return completed, and an email on how much I should withdraw as dividends and as a salary. Very little advice or guidance. I feel my accountant has been extremely busy, therefore the service has been minimal in the last 2 years. The worst accountant I have ever used. Really disappointed at how downhill the service has gone.
