I have been a client of Anne-Maries since 2014 and she has helped me greatly to grow personally through a programme of coaching, hypnotherapy, meditation, visualisation and traditional counselling. Anne-Marie quickly established a safe, trusting and non-judgemental environment where I immediately felt at ease. She has a very calming influence which enables me to explore my thoughts and to talk freely. I feel that Anne-Maries help and guidance has been instrumental in increasing my confidence and helped me change my life for the better. Anne Marie was recommended to me by a friend. Initially she helped me overcome my fear of driving following a car accident. I'd booked four sessions but after the first I left her clinic and drove on the motorway without hesitation. I followed up with more sessions and used these to address other areas where I was having difficulty and I learned so much. My first consultation with Anne Marie was in 2010 but in summer 2018 I was experiencing high levels of anxiety around launching my new business and managing some family issues. I remembered how effective my sessions had been previously and decided to call on Anne Marie again. As before, the sessions were a huge help to me. Anne Marie is intuitive, warm and highly skilled and boy does she get results!
