        Neale provided an excellent service to get my wheelchair-bound Dad to and from his hospital appointment. He went above and beyond, helping him in and out of the house. Neale provides a great service, is thoroughly trustworthy and I highly recommend him, as does my Dad.

        Wanted a taxi on 16/4/23. Booked it in the morning for the evening at 11.00 pm to take us from Bewdley to Hopleys camping. We waited outside Bewdley museum and he didnt turn up.. We were there 10 minutes early. Phoned him on a number of occasions and he said 'the taxis get jumped on by others'. Well we booked it in our name is all I can say and we were distraught. I thought the taxi company had to ask your actual name and if it wasnt pre booked it wasnt legal. Thanks for making us walk up the hill, especially my wife sends her regards with her breathing difficulties-NOT!

        We recently used Neale for a trip to Cheltenham Racecourse. From the first rime I contacted him I knew I was in safe hands. Communication was great from the start and nothing was too much trouble. He dropped us off and stayed all day which took the stress of finding him at the end of the day. Thanks Neale and see you soon x
