Out of the two pharmacies in Bewdley, these guys have been the most helpful, polite and theyre quicker to get prescriptions completed for me and family members too. I am a regular customer and they have never disappointed. Thank you

Won't be using again, every time I've been the staff have been rude, grumpy and unhelpfu, the male pharmacist is definitely in the wrong job.......not caring in the slightest horrible man. One female member of asked if I couldn't read as I tried to open the wrong door....I can read I had my toddler in my arms and couldn't see. Never have much in stock and over priced compared to the other pharmacy in Bewdley. Avoid

Ran out of painkillers NHS 111 arranged for Prescription to be put up at Bewdley on a Saturday morning. People at the chemists useless. The prescription was there as arranged the useless staff were belligerent, arrogant and refered to it as a referal. Would not issue the tablets told to wait till next Monday. The tablets were there ready for collection with a date and time on the box. I complained to the pharmacist who said he would look into it and pho e me back. Nothing. What a sham.
