Being in a busy and stressful job, I first approach Rob to get some motivation and routine to help keep my body in shape. We started off with measurements which meant nothing to me to start with but were a great marker for progress during my training with Rob. Rob has made the effort to read about my back issues and personalise my training to allow me to build up strength in muscles I didnt know existed. Our sessions are a lot of hard work, but his contagious positive attitude and supportive nature keeps you going through that pain. Words such as delicious are a common feature in Robs encouraging speech with fantastic, amazing and well done featuring on exceptional performances. Thanks to Rob I have developed a lot of confidence and self-belief in my body, which is reflective in feedback from friends and family. Highly recommended
