My son 6 years old has had 2 pairs of glasses from Perrigo Opticians on the high street in Bewdley
He replaced them when they were damaged just under a year ago without question but even more impressive (and left me quite touched) was that during the pandemic my son damaged his glasses again and we had to post them through the box due to social distancing. We went out and when we came back THE SAME DAY , they were waiting in my porch! Words cannot describe how professional the customer service is and how nice the staff are there
