I received care from TLC when i came out of hospital after having gall and bowel surgery. They were lovely from start to finish giving me the support i needed with dignity. I totally recommend

We used TLC care at home for 2 1/2 yrs for my mother-in-law. We found them to be helpful, accommodating & reliable.

I am not impressed with this company at all. They were quick to take on the care knowing what condition the client may have but as soon as there are issues & problems they are clearly not coping with it & using an excuse that clearly not as bad as it is just to use it to their advantage to take away the care & leave us stranded as if we haven't done all in our power to sort things out, I understand this isn't the first time it's been happening before!! They have a duty of care to their clients but I'm sorry but to leave them with no carer for rest of day & pull out suddenly I agree with other review "Avoid at all cost" If u want the person u care about safe and in good hands goes else where seriously. Definitely not what it says on the tin!
