The staff are really friendly. Property valuation was spot on despite being much higher than from other estate agents that came around to value my house. Their fees were competitive too. I would recommend them to a friend. I dropped one star as it wasn't always easy to get them on the phone, but overall I was really pleased with their service.

If I could give them all the stars in the universe I would! Exceptional service, communication and sure hard work to ensure our sale and purchase went through. Selling our family home and moving our elderly Dad was challenging enough (not helped by our solicitors who's practice was on the other end of the scale ie shockingly bad). Katie was amazing and it was because of her sheer tenacity that it all happened.
