Dan was very pleasant and efficient to communicate with prior to making a booking with him. I left my car at home and keys with a neighbour for him to make a start whilst I was out, I returned home to meet him and see the fruits of his labour....a super, shiney, clean car on the outside with a fresh scented, sparkling interior and even stripey floor mats that would fit right in at Wimbledon tennis. I would happily recommend Dan as a genuine, trustworthy and professional person to work with and I look forward to keeping my car clean with him in the future. Ive been using Dan at Supernova for over 12 months now. We trust him with our 4 cars. He looks after all of them from boys toys to family wagons. I have always found Dan thoughtful and sympathetic to the vehicles and the torture we put them through - thanks to his levels and standards he always leaves the vehicles in TOP condition. Not only this - as an enthusiast himself Dan takes time to understand the cars and any quirks they might have - he is quick tk recommend solutions to issues and never fails to go above and beyond when I discuss any issues I might be having with a particular car. I wouldnt trust ours with anyone else.
