I havent been to the hairdressers for over ten years so was very apprehensive. Charlotte was amazing, so friendly and I am over the moon with my colour and cut. The staff I encountered were friendly and Knowledgeable which is just what I needed after so long. It really put me at ease and was a great experience. Highly recommend.
