Hopeless! I asked specifically when booking a half hour massage for attention on my lower back knots. When I arrived I also requested this to the friendly therapist before she started the massage. She did a lovely job on my shoulders and then finished up without any attention my lower back. When I asked she said they don't focus on any one point, eventhough they were happy taking my booking as requested. She offered to do 10 minutes on my lower back, but I had also added a 10 minute head massage as an extra to the booking, so it would have to be one or the other as she was running out of time. She offered to charge for 15 minutes which I thought was acceptable, but then changed her mind to charge for the full half an hour! I left with more stress of an interrupted, long over due day off work to receive something I didn't book, and whats worse, was made to like it was my fault. I still have knots, pain and discomfort and left more stressed than when I arrived. I won't be returning
