While the staff are kind and patient and the premises are clean/tidy the attention to detail is low, my partner had a beard treatment/trim and son had a trim, my partner was cut a couple of times on the throat but his beard does look alot neater now and my sons hair wasn't as the picture shown, he had a couple of cuts by his ear and the clippers were getting hot and the go fast stripe he'd asked for was put in place of his parting, over all wouldn't particularly return however his hair does look better than it did minus a few little issues.
