Emily has been amazing. She produced an excellent design for our ground floor extension and other alterations. It's perfect. She worked so hard when it came to dealing with the planning officer. Her extensive knowledge and experience was outstanding. Highley recommend.

Excellent service! Emily helped with sorting the plans and lawful development application, although this was not approved. Emily then successfully sorted the planning permission application and communicated with me throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Needed an RSJ calc for a kitchen/diner knock through, no other engineers even bothered to come and look at the job, which was slightly awkward, this was no bother for Steve & Emily. They came to have a look straight away and we talked through some ideas on how to progress. A quote was sent over immediately, and I thought it was a fair price for the amount of calcs required. 2.5 weeks later we had our detailed design calcs back. I have used Engineering Design and Build twice over 10 years and never found them anything other than exceptional. During our most recent project we found part way through planing that our home was curtiledge listed. Emily swung into action making sure we had all the correct applications with planning granted quickly. Whereever there were planning or design challenges Emily was quick to work with us on solutions and get us permission granted for a home we know we will be delighted with. Now we just have to build it!
