I must admit that I ordered a bag before seeing some less favourable reviews here, so started to panic yesterday when my bag had not arrived. So I called - phone was answered within seconds. They checked and DHL had marked it as delivered - which I knew was impossible. Blokesbags looked into it and discovered that was an error on DHL's side, and got the bag delivered to me on the day I called. And the bag is great. So not 100% smooth but they sorted things out really well and followed up with me today to check that DHL's site wasn't telling fibs again. Very impressed.

Placed an order on 8 August, payment taken immediately (112). Item was supposed to have been delivered by now (12 August) so checked my account which stated 'awaiting fulfillment' and hadn't been updated since 8 August. When I rang to check the situation I was told that the website states a 7-10 day lead for this item (it didn't when I placed the order) but that has now increased to 14 days. I specifically ordered this item because there was no lead time as it is a gift. I have requested a refund and ordered a replacement elsewhere. Lack of customer service and information very disappointing, will not use Blokes Bags again and wouldn't recommend. Have only given one star because I had to in order to post the review.

Ordered an item 2 days ago which was marked as in stock and available for next day delivery. I then saw the reviews so emailed the following day to ask when the item would be dispatched, no reply. I called today and was told they were waiting for the shipment and it wouldn't be sent for another week or so. The two stars are for the fact that I then asked for a refund and it was processed the same day, so they did that well. It would be nice if there was more clarity of stock levels during an order or even some communication around the order.
