Wish I could give zero score! Ordered stools that are not as described. Arrived over two days just before Christmas in two parcels. Once built realised they were the wrong size. Have had to fight fir a return. I have requested a collection virtually every day for 10 days. Still not collected. They will not refund until they are collected. They are breaking the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Do not touch them. Appalling customer service. Jan 9th, 2023

ordered 3 bar stools. Next day delivery was actually 2 days. Arrived in two boxes- one box contained a stool that was as ordered, the other box had two completely different stools. The items were delivered at 4pm on a Friday, phone lines close at 3:30pm. So sent an email with images, got an automated reply saying emails take up to 5 days to action. So called on Monday morning, and was told to send an email with pictures. When I said I had done that, and surely they could now check my email as I also gave my order number, I was told I would have to wait for them to get to my email, which 'hopefully' would be within 5 days. Meanwhile I have a large box in the way in my kitchen, and only one useable bar stool. Absolutely terrible customer service - this is their error, yet I now have to wait an unknown length of time for their error to be rectified. I needed these stools quickly which is why I ordered from here, as they state next day delivery. I'm now looking at the other bad reviews and wondering if I will even manage to get this sorted at all :((( The stools themselves are good, but the poor customer service totally lets this company down. Bought 4 stools around 85 each - one stool is faulty and wont extend to full height, the next came out of the box rusty! So 1 star for product quality. requested a collection and a refund now twice to no avail. Despite claiming to have a no quibbles return policy, they have requested a video of the faulty stool, and ignored our two written requests and two phone calls asking for a refund and offered to send two replacement gas canisters! Since then we have now exchanged over 20 emails trying to recover our money. As of today it still hasnt been paid, despite the stools being collected 10 days ago.despite saying to us last week that the stools were still being inspected in the factory, now today they say that DHL hasnt delivered them. Very poor, got 800 invoce with promise of free next delivery. Next day I had to call them for THEM to tell me there was no stock (!!) Why at least didnt they pre empt this call and tell me they'd messed up and couldn't deliver? Rubbish customer service that is unacceptable in current economic climate - AVOID at all costs.
