Nice products completely let down by rude staff!. I popped in to buy something and someone came out telling me it was a no parking area (there was no signs saying you couldn't park & I've parked there before) I apologised and said I'll quickly pay for these items in my hand and go, but they wouldn't give me the 30 seconds it would take to put the money in the tin & insisted I had to leave. So I ended up leaving empty handed.

now on the 4th Email of faulty hedgehog water dish with a hole in the centre. No reply taken their money and no response. My Mum bought this after seeing it in a magazine, she is 89 years of age and has no concept of how people can send faulty things and just be ignored. Her words are do not go near this store you only be disappointed... We like to feel we are helping wildlife but clearly this charity is a poor example . Buyer beware ....
