        Bought a Bristol Big Mucker 100 litres large wheelbarrow after only 4 months the wheel spindle/bearings have gone! When complaining about this they said it only has a 3 month warranty, no help in any way, STAY WELL CLEAR

        Ordered warehouse ladder in September with a original delivery time of two weeks. Chased up order and was told that the lead time had changed to 30 days. Chased up order again after 30 days and was told that they had not even raised the order with the supplier and the new lead time was 60 days, 100 days after my original order.

        Taken a month to process a return they confirmed as received, had to chase them multiple times. Once refund was issued amount was incorrect and had to chase them again. Not sure if criminals or simply incompetent.
