Having tried yoga several times over the years (decades?) I was a yoga-sceptic until I started attending Anna's classes. Anna is very creative in introducing new poses and flows into the sessions, always making the sessions unique and interesting. What is so impressive about Annas teaching style is as she leads you through the movements, she always informs you how the activity benefits the body and offers options if you want to go deeper into the stance. I see how she is attentive to everyone's movements and corrects them in a gentle, non-intrusive way if required. At the end of one of her sessions, my body has had a complete workout yet I have a spring in my step, I feel limber and those little twinges in the lower back disappear. I find Annas classes an excellent way to keep my body flexible as a woman of a 'certain age'.

Anna is sensitive to each individual's yoga needs, tailoring the postures and classes to ensure everyone has the best possible experience for their mind and body. A must for ones retention of sanity.

Annas classes are like a journey. At the start of the class we are grounded, then slowly warmed up. Anna then works us towards a challenge but always giving us alternative poses and support when necessary and then slowly brings us back down again. With Anna I always feel extremely safe and nurtured and there is a real flow and no judgement.

I really look forward to my weekly yoga session with Anna.... the classes are friendly and welcoming and the content is varied every week so it never feels repetitive. I love the fact that she is attentive to everyone's abilities and needs and will tweak the poses for you - if that's what you need. She teaches with a unique balance of warmth and expertise and I always feel (and sleep) better - after my class.
