Purchased many cars from the Right Car Supermarket over the years and I have always been impressed with the first class experience there Decided to upgrade to a Renault Captur recently and was served by a very professional and polite Sales Representative called Mike who it was obvious had decades of experience and is a valuable asset to the Right Car team A nice test drive then 4 days later picked up Captur serviced with new mot fully valeted looking as good as new Top marks Right Car

Absolute shambles of a dealership. Had nothing but problems with my car for the nine months that I've owned it. Constantly back & forth it's a 20 mile round trip for me. To be told every time the issues are fixed but once i drive my car away the issues are still there. Given them numerous dates for when I'm available for it to hopefully eventually get fixed but surprise surprise they can't fit me in. But can miraculously fit me in for a service & MOT that I've been told my car will fail. My car is currently sat parked up as i won't drive iy because of it cutting out & the engine management light is Constantly on. Avoid right car Beverley at all costs

Went to look at a car staff very helpful ended up buying car really impressed just awaiting parcel shelf to arrive slightly disappointed have waited week without contact and expecting call to say when it's ready for collection
