        Site froze, unable to complete course, refresh button not an option, option page talks about not refreshing page and paying for the course again...... sent message and 3 days later still waiting for a reply. Would not recommend this company for online training as Ive used 3 other companies for my staff and this is the first time anyone had a problem with completing a course.
