Oh wow, I've got the exact same story as previous reviewers - daughter bought a cup with her pocket money, cup lid broke, called up deluxebase who not only got a replacement out next day but threw in some other toys for her! I thought they might have made a mistake so i came to check reviews, sharp sales practices who knows etc etc but ..... no, nothing like that - they are actually just a really lovely company!!!

My son bought a convertimals car and it broke. I emailed to ask for advice and got a response almost immediately with apologies and a promise to replace it. We received the new car and a few extra surprises which have made my little boy incredibly happy! Im so impressed with their customer care; there was no blame or questioning what had happened like I have experienced with other companies before. I will happily purchase this brand again, knowing that support is available if needed. Thank you!
