Called Mel last week to inquire about fitting CCTV, Mel gave me great quote that beat 3 other prices I had received. 2 days later Mel arrived on time & finished the job with precision. I was impressed by the customer service & quality of the job. Sam showed me how to use the newly fitted equipment on my mobile device (I am not tech savvy)! 10/10 - over the moon with everything. Rang digital connections to replace my broken TV aerial. Called me back promptly and arranged to come out the following day. Aerial was replaced quickly and efficiently and customer service was excellent. Happy to recommend.

Upfront, I haven't used this companies service, but after nearly being run off the road, swore at through the window and then him speeding away I don't think I ever want to. I think they forget that the company name is plastered all over the vans.

Charged 80 to raise a dish 2m and was gone in less than an hour, oboisly no receipt offered. A week later had to get sky. They came out and had to rewire due to the shody connections. Sky came out for free and we're very disappointed that this engineer was happy to do such poor workmanship especially when the customer is a vulnerable 85 year old.
