Booked this company a week before flying. I booked a 6 seater at 6am. On the day of the flight a 4 seaters showed up instead. I had to wait another half an half for the right car to arrive. I pre booked a cab at the same time to bring us home. I called 2 days before we were due to fly home to confirm the cab was correct and the time and date was correct. When I landed I had 2 missed calls from an 0203 number. I called the company and they said there was no cab on the way. They had a different job to go to. We ended up having to get an Uber. Avoid this company!

I booked an airport transfer due to railway strikes. I contacted the company a few days earlier and the admin person at the other side of the phone was really polite and helpful. Booking was very easy in their website and I received a confirmation email straight away (although most of the links and the app did not work, hence the 4 star review). The driver arrived at the meeting point on time, he was very polite and drove me safely to the airport. Very good service. Definitely I will use them again in the future.

Liars I booked an airport transfer with this company via their website two days in advance, given the rail strikes occurring on the day of travel and received a confirmation email with the time, address details and price. I had to enter my card details to make the booking. When the car did not arrive after 7 minutes I called the company. The operator asked me to hold and I was cut off. I called back and was asked to hold while they contacted the driver. I called back and was told he was 5 minutes away. By this time it was almost half an hour late. No car arrived and I called again, with my husband demanding to know what was going on. They then tried to tell me the booking was for a different time. Again we were cut off and had to call back, repeating the booking reference and our details each time. One hour and ten minutes after the confirmed booking time, still no car arrived. No apology was received and I have missed my flight as a result.
