Horrific experience with this company. Nearly had to call the police on the manager. Was quoted 40 for a car ride and then once in the vehicle the driver said he was told to charge me 80. He then called his manager whilst driving and put me on the phone to him. This manager began to scream and swear at me and my family over the phone and then threatened me. This was frightening as the driver knew my home address from the ride journey. I would never use this service and would seriously recommend that no one else does

Great service. Controller greeted me and was very polite. Driver turned up on time and was understanding about cash point not working. Normally drivers leave if you don't have cash, even when not your fault. He was accommodating and patient in stopping at next cash point. Thank you for a service very well delivered. Definitely be using again. Highly recommended.

Worst journey ever. Driver didn't follow the satellite. Took over 1 hour for a 30 minutes journey.
