Oh what a joke!! I rang at 10:30 in the morning and booked a taxi for 7:45 pm. At 7:45 the taxi was nowhere to be seen. I rang at 7:50 to find out the taxi will be with me shortly. At 8 pm I rang again only to be told thd taxi will be arriving shortly. I was told that they are really busy. Needless to say, the reason why I had called in the morning was to ensure we had a taxi on a Saturday busy night (!!). I was really annoyed because the lady's excuse was: 'you are not the only one prebooked'. Not sure who sorts out schedules and arranges taxis but is certainly lacking both organising skills and customer service focus. There were no apologies!! The taxi arrived at 8:15. Half an hour later!! Good thing I wasn't going to the airport or catching a train
